These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tarantinostrategy.com and the SMS text messaging program operated by Tarantino Strategy Group, LLC ("Tarantino Strategy Group," "we," "us").

SMS Terms
Program: Tarantino Strategy Group assistant alerts. The program sends operational alerts (calendar and task reminders, system notices, confirmation requests) and replies to messages the subscriber sends. It is limited to the business owner's own mobile number. No marketing messages are sent.
Opt-in: The subscriber opts in by texting START to the program number and replying Y to the welcome message to confirm. The full enrollment process is documented on the SMS Program page.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per day.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email tom@tarantinostrategy.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
The site and messages are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Tarantino Strategy Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
